- BYO water bottle, journal, open mind & open heart.
- It’s best to have an empty stomach but if truly needed, a light snack before is fine.
- No caffeine, alcohol or other use of mind altering substances (unless medically prescibed) before the activation.

- Any gender & any age, regardless of where you’re at spiritually.
- Generally safe during pregnancy however if you’re unsure, consult your doctor or midwife.
