Cancellation Policy

This is a non-refundable retreat. Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500.00 AUD deposit, as well as any other money paid. Your payment is used to secure your accommodation. By paying your deposit you are agreeing YES to this policy.
No credit card, Paypal or international bank transfer fees will be refunded.
Trip cancellation insurance is always highly recommended when making travel plans.
It is possible to transfer your booking to someone else but is subject to approval and is your responsibility to find the aligned person.
In the event of a pandemic, such as Covid, I have the right to reschedule the retreat to a later date and a credit will be issued to use towards the next retreat.
Credits cannot be derived from deposits or any other money paid and applied to other products or services.
I reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the minimum number of participants required. In such cases, all payments made, including the deposit, will be refunded to you.
Please note that this cancellation policy is firm. Therefore, I kindly request that you refrain from making any travel arrangements until you receive your registration confirmation from Melissa.

Villa Accommodation

The villa radiates an air of luxury and beautification in every corner, showcasing stunning rooms. You’ll find yourself surrounded by lush tropical gardens, a tranquil fish pond and a sparkling swimming pool that will cocoon you in a sense of peace. Immerse yourself in a traditional Balinese atmosphere and feel seamlessly connected to mother nature and the culture that envelops you. This villa is the heart of the property.

River House Accommodation
2 twin share rooms – $3147 (1 sold, 3 spaces left)
Take a journey down 30 stone steps from the Villa and enter a refreshing ravine, leading to the river house. As you approach the teak-wood gateway, adorned with a grass-thatched roof, you’ll feel transported miles away from everything. Come nightfall, be enchanted by the twinkling green lights of fireflies in the surrounding bamboo groves.

Magnolia Cottage Accommodation
1 private room – $3647, 1 twin share room – $2997 (2 spaces left)
Pass though the enchanting handmade iron gateway into the bohemian ambiance of Magnolia Cottage, situated just a stone’s throw from the Villa. Relax in the airy lounge area that offers a view of a secluded garden and a koi pond accompanied by the soothing sound of a beautiful fountain.

Your Flights
Please book your flights to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport, Denpasar – Bali (DPS) on Saturday 3rd before 11am and depart on Saturday 10th after 4pm.
Check-in is 2pm and the retreat begins Saturday 3rd at 4pm which includes the opening of sacred space, so make sure you schedule your flight accordingly. We will close sacred space 10am on Saturday 10th so I recommend planning to stay for the entire experience. Check out is 12pm.
Please note it is 40km from the airport to the venue however allow for up to 2 hours driving time (it’s all part of the inner journey!).
If you can’t find a suitable flight that allows ample time then I highly recommend arriving the day before and organising accommodation elsewhere in Ubud for the night.
Your Airport Transport
Transport will be provided for you to and from the retreat venue as long as you arrive on the 3rd and depart on the 10th.
If you’re flight is on another date then you will need to organise your own transport with the other accomodation.
If you don’t require other accomodation then Villa Madu will be arranging transport. Please make sure you provide me with your travel details at least 2 weeks prior to departure so it can be organised accordingly.
Roommate Details
If you would like to be matched with a roommate, please me know and I’ll do my best to pair you with someone else who is also seeking a roommate.
If there’s no one to pair you with, your room will be considered private and an additional private supplement of $600 will be added to your retreat price.
Covid Policy
In the event of an international travel mandate that restricts entry into Bali or any affiliated countries related to your inbound and outbound flights for the retreat, or if there are limitations on the number of people that can gather, all deposits will be transferred to a rescheduled date for the retreat.
We prioritise your safety and will abide by all COVID-19 travel regulations during your trip.
Any updates will be communicated to you promptly.
Please note we do not offer refunds in the event of a cancellation, so it is imperative that your travel insurance covers COVID-19-related cancellations
