What is Sekhem Healing?
Sekhem, in ancient Egypt, means “the power” or “universal life force energy,” similar to Reiki and Kundalini.
I serve as a channel for Sekhem to clear blockages and balance your energy.
Sekhem is high vibrational and intelligent.
Your body will draw it in where it’s needed.
Sekhem is aligned with goddess Sekhmet, a lioness-headed woman. She personifies the cosmic force of healing, strength, and protection, as well as war and destruction.
Goddess Sekhmet embodies both the dualities of light and dark.
The light and dark, ebbs and flows and ups and downs of life are part of being human.
However, sometimes you may stay stuck in the darkness, which can feel like you’re constantly fighting a battle and at war with yourself or others.
This is where goddess Sekhmet steps in.
Sekhmet deconstructs anything blocking her path.
With the courageous heart of a lioness, evil trembles before her.
She turns dark into light, pain into power and rage into love.
These are the frequencies you’ll be immersed in and working with!
Sekhem is also aligned with Star Sirius – the star of spiritual awakening, wisdom and rebirth.
What will I experience?
What you’ll experience exactly is a mystery. Your journey will unfold depending on where you are on your path and what you’re ready to shift.
There’s no right or wrong and you may have a completely different experience from the person next to you.
However, here is what your mind can expect: You’ll comfortably lie down on a yoga mat as if you’re going to sleep.
You’ll be guided on a shamanic journey to ancient Egypt, where you’ll receive Sekhem from my hands, which may be hands-on or hands-off (I’ll check in with everyone on the day if hands-on is ok)
I’l also have my sistrum, an ancient Egyptian musical instrument and there will be carefully curated background music.

About Me
Blessings! I’m Melissa Ayling, a certified Sekhem Healing Facilitator with over 11 years of experience working with women and exploring the feminine mysteries.
My experience is a fusion of formal education, workshops and solo learning, but my greatest teacher has been my own healing journey.
While cruising down the Nile in Egypt, I felt called to mainly focus on feminine healing arts and creating nurturing spaces for women during life’s transitions. This organically led to Sekhem Healing.
I believe that as we heal, the benefits extend beyond us, contributing to the healing of our ancestors, both past and future, as well as humanity and Mother Earth.
Consistency is key to healing and it would be an honour to be part of your consistency!
